Grubstake's Term and Conditions apply to our own auctions however auctions performed for our clients have there own Terms/Conditions and will be posted at the auction site and on their individual web pages when we are aware of them. TERMS OF SALE FOR ATW
Cash or certified funds only. All bidders must register to bid. Duplicate bill
of sale will not be issued, you will have to get a surety bond following the
laws of the State of Alaska. Vehicles must be paid for and removed immediately
after sale. Units not paid for will result in bidder having
their bidding privileges suspended indefinitely. You have the right and duty to
inspection. The list given is only a list and is not warranted to its accuracy. All units sold “as is where is” with no warranties. Items may be added or
deleted. No one under the age of 16 allowed on premises.
