We attempt to provide as much information as possible but we as humans can and do make clerical errors. Therefore
you MUST do your own inspection and verity any and all of the above information.

Purchased property will need to be removed from the lot no later than 6pm the day of the sale. Payment by Cash or Certified check only! Civilian guests (no ID card for base access) desiring to attend will need to forward data to Grubstake no later then 2 weeks prior to Auction. Data is: Full legal name, Current address, Driver's license #,  Fax number and Email address. All permanent bidders will be automatically added to the list for access to the auction. Call Grubstake for more information 274-9269.  We will update website as information becomes available to us.

Grubstake reserves the right to withdraw from sale any of the goods listed or to sell at this auction goods not listed. 
Grubstake also reserves the right to group multiple lots into one or more selling lots or to subdivide lots into two or more selling lots. 
Grubstake reserves the right to sell any or all of the goods listed in bulk.
ITEMS CAN BE ADDED AND DELETED PRIOR TO AUCTION.
