- All vehicles sold as is, where is & not parked in order listed
- There will be NO cell phones in use during the auction
- Contents may not be removed from vehicles at auction lot
- Vehicles may be added or deleted
- No duplicate paperwork will be issued
- Purchased vehicles may not be parked on the street
- All vehicles must be paid for prior to any activities or
removals
- All vehicles must be paid for by 5:00 pm on the day of the
auction
- Vehicles left at the auction past Wednesday following the
auction will be charged $5.00 a day storage
- Vehicles not picked up after 1 week will be resold without
notice to purchaser
- Face the auctioneer during the auction w/bidder card number
ready
- Due to shoplifting out of and off the vehicles no one can be
inspecting the vehicles after the auction starts, and anybody
that did not buy a vehicle at the auction will leave the yard
after the auction
- Anybody caught touching a vehicle that they did not buy at
auction will be banned from the yard
- You will get 30 min for flat tire, dead battery, unlock
steering wheel of the vehicle that you bought. There will
be No repair work in the yard
- You only get one trip back into the yard to get the vehicle
you bought, so come back prepared to take your vehicle out of
the yard
- If you purchase a vehicle at the auction you will pay for it
and remove it from the yard
- There are people watching you and the camera system is on
- There will be no smoking and no cigarette butts in this yard
or you will be asked to leave and not come back.
- If you are not allowed to bid or be at other Grubstake
auctions you are not welcome here
- Anybody that does not comply to these rules will be banned
permanently
