How To Lease
Not sure how long you want the
container ? Here is the answer ...
Lease with an option to buy! That gives you
plenty of time to make up your mind. In fact, it gives you 2
years. Plus, a portion of the money you paid in to leasing goes
toward the purchase! The process is just like a Rental but you
have investment in the Container.
1. Pick a Storage container or Office Trailer
Use our Specs page to select the item you
wish to purchase and if you don't see the Trailer/Container you want give us a
call and we will find it for you.
2. Notify us of your Choice
Once you've made your container selection, contact us by
phone, fax, mail, or e-mail and let us know the name, model #, and
dimensions of the container you wish to rent.
3. Physical Inspection - Approval
After you've contacted us with your selection, SSU reserves
that container for you. At the same time, you will be notified
of the location, and directions to, your container. This
gives you the opportunity to physically inspect your equipment and
give us your approval.
4. CREDIT REFERENCES
At the time you give us your selection, SSU will ask for your credit
references. You can give them over the phone, or complete a reference
sheet and return it by fax or mail.
5. Delivery Specifics
After we approve your rental, you'll be asked to give us specifics
about the delivery of your container - where, when etc. This
is also the time to tell us about any unusual conditions that may
affect delivery.
Remember to check the following:
-
Do you have a leveled place to put your
container?
-
Can our delivery truck access your location?
-
Which way do you want the doors to face?
-
Will anyone be at the site when we deliver ?
-
Is there any local restrictions on temporary
storage containers?
6. RECEIVE you container
Once Storage Space Unlimited receives your payment, we will issue a
release, so that you can schedule a pick up or delivery time that's
convenient for you.
7. End of Lease
Simply call us with your choice to return the container or
purchase the container. Remember your past payment will be
considered when calculation the remaining balance.
